Emma Burnett Basket black large

Emma lives and works at Bradness Gallery, in East Sussex.  Together with her partner, the landscape painter, Michael Cruickshank, they have created a wonderful, wild and organic garden full of trees, scented shrubs, old roses, wildflowers, home grown vegetables and flowers to cut for their home.  The garden has 2 large ponds and a wooded stream at the bottom.  The ponds are home to their lovely ducks, kingfishers, toads, frogs and dragonflies.  The garden has been planted to encourage birds, bees and insects.  Emma and Mike open their garden for the National Garden Scheme's nursing charities.
