Making a purchase

 

We have made every effort to ensure that ordering is as simple, safe and secure as possible. We use Pay Pal as a method of paying on-line. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account in order to use this.  If you prefer to phone and pay by sending a cheque in the post then that is fine.  Please leave a message on the answer phone, very clearly stating your name and number and a suitable time to call you back.

It is very important to me that you are completely satisfied with your art work and I therefore offer a 100% no quibble, money back guarantee, but you must inform me immediately of this and return the work within 3 working days by ParcelForce.

Overseas Purchase

We welcome any purchases from overseas. Using our secure on-line payment system, payments are made in pounds sterling and are converted to your own currency. As the cost for postage and packing may vary, please e-mail me at

Delivery

 

All pictures will be dispatched within 5-7 working days from receipt of the order or from when the cheque has cleared.  Please e-mail if you have any special delivery instructions.  If there is any damage to the package please sign to say this when you receive the parcel.  

 

Guarantee

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it in its original packaging within 3 working days and advise by phone or e-mail that you are doing so.  Receipt of this contact will be confirmed back to you.  I will send you a full refund on your purchase price but you will be liable for the cost of Parcel Force.  All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.  If there was any damage on delivery this must be detailed in writing.  Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.  THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. 

 

Security and Privacy

 

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information (they use an encryption key length of 128 bits - the highest level commercially available).  

Any credit card information you give is handled on our behalf by PayPal, using their secure servers.  We do not have access to their credit card details.  The whole transaction is handled by PayPal and only your address and e-mail and e-mail are passed on to us by them

I do not disclose buyers' information to a third party.
